Brix Brew Pub
BRIX is a redevelopment project of a metal polishing factory transformed into a Brew Pub with kitchen.
The brewmaster of the Brew Pub is Rebecca, 26 years old; her brother Davide, 23 years old, manages the kitchen; while Alessandro, 20 years old, takes care of the bar.
The design studio therefore worked on the concept of a young, elegant and sophisticated brewery, in which male and female could coexist.
Contrasts are the basis of the project: male and female, ancient and modern, natural and industrial.
Delicate fabrics such as velvet are combined with iron structures, spherical lamps inspired by the 50s illuminate the plants that invade the entire room, neutral and soft colors are the basis for a colorful and lively custom furniture.
Contrasting choices were also made for the floor and wall coverings. For the floor, ABK's Ghost tile was chosen in the Rope version: a delabré plaster effect in warm dusty tones, as if the industry had been abandoned, with traces of time impressed on the floor.
In contrast, two versions of Play Labirinth were used: Clay and Sage, a graphic and modern reinterpretation of the old cement tiles, again reinforcing this ancient and contemporary duality.
Play Labirinth Clay was used to cover the entrance corridor, stage and tasting tables, while Play Labirinth Sage is the perfect base for a playful terrace, where nature and industry blend to perfection.
